It's Time to
Sit Back and
Close Your Eyes.
Stop Making Goals
That You Know
Won't be Achieved.
Close Your Eyes
Take a Breath,
It's Time You
Took Care of
Yourself, and Didn't
Pressure Yourself to
Be More than
You Can Be.

It's Time to
Remember how to 
Breathe In and
Out, Inhale and
Exhale, Feel Alive.

There's so Much 
More than Sitting
Around doing Nothing.

My Precious Darling
Please Remember to
Sit and Breathe
And Enjoy Life.
This isn't Forever,
It's Just for
Now, so Please
Don't be Harsh
and Remember to
Breathe Again.
